Physical Appearance

Toy Velvet is comprised of an outer metal shell to protect the sensitive internal mechanisms. Often he is depicted as a Yinglet, or a Reindeer, although the Yinglet is far more common as it is smaller and more compact.

Core Mechanics

The heart of Toy Velvet is a hybrid of pure analog clockwork mixed with discarded organic parts. All actions begin and end with a key inserted into the back key-hole slot in order to operate any part of the body. Under or over-winding this key have different affects on the mechanism.

Regular maintenance is required to keep TV fully operational. This is not limited to; cleaning, rest, check-ups, replacements, repairs, etc… What is odd about TV's inner mechanisms is the stash of organic material. It appears to be placed there haphazardly or carelessly by something or someone that doesn't understand how an organic body works. At any moment one of these organic parts may become infected, or fail, which may impact the clockwork parts and cause complications.

The back of TV may be opened carefully and only in a sterile environment.

The only other entrance is his Oral Cavity. This leads into his internal tank which acts as a false stomach or storage unit. There is no functional digestive system connected, and no additional exists or filtration systems. Whatever goes in, comes out the same way. The tank's internal capacity is unknown but is estimated to hold about 3-5 gallons of fluid, or storage. Whatever can be forced down the oral entrance as the tube from there to the tank is narrow but elastic enough to handle some brute force without major tearing. If items are placed inside this is closer to that of the average backpack with only one pocket. Whatever goes in might be difficult to remove. Turn TV upside down to flush out items, or use a pressurized hose to power wash the internal tank. Sanitize after each use.
